I've basically lived in this bra since it arrived. The plunge doesn't gap on my 34G, and the band stays put without digging in all day. Finally an everyday option that doesn't look frumpy.

I've tried so many bras that claim to be for bigger busts and then dig into my shoulders by noon, but this one actually stays put through a full workday. The band sits smooth under my shirts and nothing spills over the top.

The plunge cut actually gives me some shape instead of squashing everything flat, which is rare for a fuller bust. I do wish the band had a touch more stretch on long days, but the support holds up fine through a work shift.
